I travel as a geology expert for various tour operators, such as expedition cruises with Hapag-Lloyd Cruises and trips with the Swiss tour operator Kontiki. On these trips, I give engaging lectures and explain topics such as volcanoes, earthquakes, plate tectonics, and glaciers in an understandable and entertaining way – supported by spectacular images and video footage from all over the world. My lectures always delight the audience.
My passion for volcanoes – told live
Volcanoes have fascinated me for many years. My first encounter with an erupting volcano was in Iceland. Since then, I've been able to witness spectacular eruptions up close on Mount Etna, La Palma, and Mauna Loa in Hawaii. Using a drone and camera, I've captured impressive footage of these natural forces, which I present in my volcano lecture. This lecture never fails to delight audiences with its striking images, videos, and fascinating insights.
